All regular meetings of the authority will be held on the first thursday of the month at Man-Tra-Con Corporation Meeting Room, 3117 Civic Circle Blvd, Suite B, Marion, IL 62959. Meetings held on an as-needed basis.
Any person attending in person or by telephone and desiring to be heard is instructed to contact Warren Ribley at (866) 325-7525 by 5:00 pm the day before the start of the meeting.
